Steady Solutions: an SEO, GEO and AEO program for a Saudi enterprise-software company

Dfeelings optimizes steadysolutions.sa, the bilingual website of Saudi OMS, ERP and HIS software provider Steady Solutions — search, answer-engine and AI-search work on a site Dfeelings did not build. Search Console shows impressions rising from 1,412 to 7,379 between two 28-day windows; no AI-citation result is claimed.

The challenge

Steady Solutions sells operations and maintenance management (OMS), ERP and hospital information system (HIS) software in Saudi Arabia. Buyers — facility managers, maintenance leads, hospital IT and procurement teams — research these categories in Arabic and English, and often start by asking what a system is and how it is measured. The company's WordPress website described its products, but it had little content answering those category-level questions, which limited the queries it could appear for and gave AI answer engines little to quote.

The solution

Dfeelings runs an optimization program on the existing site. Dfeelings did not build steadysolutions.sa; the work is search, answer-engine and AI-search optimization of a WordPress, Elementor and WPML website the client already owned. The program focuses on bilingual category content — what an operations and maintenance management system is, what a hospital information system is, how maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR are measured — alongside technical and on-page SEO, structured content and measurement.

Scope & implementation highlights

  • Technical and on-page SEO for an existing WordPress site
  • GEO and AEO: answer-first category content in Arabic and English
  • OMS/CAFM, HIS and ERP topic coverage and internal linking
  • Structured content and schema review
  • Search Console and GA4 measurement

GEO project file

GEO approach

AI answer engines quote sources that define a category clearly and specifically. The program builds that category layer around Steady's products.

  • Definition-led resource articles for the categories Steady sells into: operations and maintenance management systems, hospital information systems and ERP.
  • Each article opens with a direct definition, then explains components, metrics and selection criteria, so an answer can quote a self-contained passage.
  • Arabic articles are written for Saudi buyers, not translated word for word.

SEO work

  • Technical and on-page optimization of the existing WordPress pages for product (OMS, ERP, HIS), industry and company pages.
  • Internal links from resource articles to the product and industry pages that answer the next question.

AEO implementation

  • Question-shaped headings and short answer paragraphs at the top of each resource article.
  • Maintenance metrics such as MTBF and MTTR explained with their formula and use, so the answer is complete on the page.

Entity work

  • Consistent description of Steady Solutions as a Saudi provider of OMS, ERP and HIS software across Arabic and English pages.
  • Facility management and other industry pages connect the company to the sectors it serves.

Content architecture

  • A bilingual resources hub sitting between buyer questions and product pages.
  • OMS/CAFM, HIS and ERP topics grouped so each product has supporting explanatory content.

Search and AI measurement method

  • Google Search Console for impressions, clicks, queries and pages, compared in equal consecutive windows.
  • GA4 with key events for lead forms and phone clicks, plus intent events such as solution and industry selection and catalogue requests.
  • AI visibility, when measured, is tracked as a separate dated prompt dataset and never reported as a Google ranking.

What we changed

  • Optimized the existing site rather than rebuilding it.
  • Added and optimized bilingual category content and the internal links around it.
  • Set up the measurement used to report the figures on this page.

AI visibility: Verified Search Console results

No AI-visibility result is published for this engagement. The category guides are written to be quotable by AI answer engines; whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity cite them is not yet measured and is not inferred from Google data.

Verified search results; no AI-visibility result. Between the two 28-day windows, Google Search impressions rose from 1,412 to 7,379 and clicks from 94 to 133. Most of the new impressions came from bilingual resource articles that first appeared in search in the later window — for example the Arabic and English guides to hospital information systems and to operations and maintenance management systems, and a guide to MTBF and MTTR maintenance KPIs. Average position moved from 8.0 to 14.7 and average CTR from 6.7% to 1.8% over the same windows: the site now appears for many more, broader queries, which lowers the averages. These figures describe Google Search only. They are not AI citations, and they are reported for the engagement as a whole rather than attributed to a single change.
